Cameron turns 6!!!

Cameron turned 6 on Thursday, December 1!  I can't believe my first born daughter is 6 years old.  Everyone says to cherish every moment with your children because time flies...I definitely believe it!  Cameron celebrated her 6th birthday this year with a small family party Thursday, including steaks and all the fixins'.  Then on Friday, she had 7 of her girlfriends over for a slumber party.  Needless to say, we will not be having another slumber party for a very LONG time!!!  The girls were all well-behaved and very polite, but it was crazy WILD in the Belcher home.  Happy 6th Birthday, Cameron Marie!!!  Mommy, Daddy, and Jaylee love you very much...our family would not be complete without you.

Family Pictures

A couple of weeks ago, we had family pictures taken downtown Wichita Falls.  It was a very cold and windy day, but the girls were troopers.  Below is just a preview of some the shots.  Enjoy! :-)

Rowdy Angels End-of-Year Soccer Party

Cameron's soccer team had their end-of-year soccer party at the Best Western here in Henrietta.  The girls ate lots of pizza, swam, did each other's make-up, painted nails, and watched TV.  They had a great time playing all night (well, til 11 pm) and enjoying getting to sleep in the hotel together.  It was a great soccer season and we look foward to playing again in the spring!

Trick-or-Treat 2011

Halloween finally arrived and it was time to go "trick-or-treating!!!"  About 30 minutes before we left the house, Cameron decided she would rather be Clara from the Nutcracker instead of the police officer.  Well, since she decided to change costumes, Jaylee did also...she chose Minnie Mouse, which was Cameron's costume when she was 3.  They both looked adorable and had the time of their lives trick-or-treating.  Throughout the evening, we saw several of the girls' friends and had to stop and say "hello!"  We started around 6:30 and didn't get home until after 8:30.  It was a great night, but we were all EXHAUSTED when we were finished.

Introducing "Minnie Mouse" and "Clara"

Jaylee and her new found love, Gunner!!!  She absolutely LOVES babies and was so excited he got to join us for his 1st trick-or-treating adventure!

Cameron and her friend, Atlee...

Just a quick pic of the girls...notice the little boy peeking b/t Cam's and Atlee's shoulders. He is in Cam's KG class...what a cutie!  :-)

I laugh at this picture, because all night the big girls kept running off and leaving Jaylee.  She just followed them wherever they went.

Cameron and Cannon...

Kate and Cameron...

Had to snap this quick pic...only in Henrietta does a house have deer in their yard.  Since Atlee was dressed-up as a deer, the girls thought it was so funny to "ride" the deer.

"Trunk-or-Treat" @ FBC

Our church hosts an annual "Trunk-or Treat" each year at Halloween. This is a great, safe way for all the children in Henrietta and the surrounding areas to trick-or-treat.  People from the church bring their cars and park in a semi-circle.  They fill the car trunks with candy and other goodies.  The children walk from car to car collecting the candy and other treats.  Cameron and Jaylee had a great time this year and saw several of their friends!!!  We look foward to next year!

Red Ribbon Week

Cameron participated in Red Ribbon Week this past week at school.  This is a week where the children dress according to a particular theme each day of the week.  The kids learn all the dangers of drugs/alcohol and realize the importance of "Just Say No!"  Cameron really enjoyed this week of dress-up fun!
